Jennifer and I live in Lafayette, CA (a San Francisco suburb).  We have a daughter Jamie and son-in-law Colin.  We have a son Wallace and a daughter-in-law Ellen (Lincoln East).  Between them, we have six grandchildren.  I am a practicing general and thoracic surgeon in Oakland, CA.  I am presently the Chief of Surgical Services at Kaiser Hospital in Oakland.
