| 6/10/11 Update: After college and active duty Air Force for my husband, Mike, we lived and raised our 3 children in Minnesota for about 29 years. In 2008 we moved to Kingsville, Texas, on the Gulf, when Mike took a job training pilots in the jet aircraft phase of their training for the Navy and Marines. Our 2 married daughters, Jennifer and Ginger, and their families live in Phoenix. Each of them have 3 (exceptional) children. Our son, Lance and his wife, Katie, are in Omaha, NE where he is a Communications Officer at Offut Air Force Base. I am involved in several areas of the Kingsville community, including the Kingsville Women's Club, on the board for the Kingsville Symphony Orchestra, and actively involved in Officer's Christian Fellowship for the student pilots and their wives here at Kingsville Naval Air Station. Mike and I have been married for 43 years and do marriage seminars for the student pilots and their wives. Hanging out with all these young people keeps us young! I also have a dedicated craft room in our home and go in there every chance I get to play!
After college and Active duty Air Force for my husband, Mike, we lived and raised our 3 children in Minnesota for about 29 years. In 2005 we moved to Phoenix to be near our children. In the spring of 2008 we moved to Kingsville, Texas, on the Gulf, when Mike took a job training pilots in jet aircraft for the Navy. Our 2 married daughters, Jennifer and Ginger, and their families live in Phoenix. Each of them have 3 (exceptional) children. Excuse my bragging! Our son, Lance and his new bride, Katie, live in northern California. He is a Communications Officer in the Air Force stationed at Travis AFB. I am currently not working and am enjoying getting settled into a new house. I recently joined the Kingsville Woman's Club and am looking forward to getting involved in the community.
