| 10/4/10: Recently retired from Millard Public Schools after many years as a district level curriculum supervisor. I am still an adjunct at UNO and am supervising student teachers. My husband retired after 33 years as a secondary principal. We have been blessed and just celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary. We have two married sons. Both live here in Omaha. One is an educator and one is a lawyer. They have given us the best gift ever...4 grandchildren all 5 and younger. My husband and I spend a lot of time at our 'retreat' on the North Loup River between Ord and Burwell. 90 acres of wildlife and nature...a part of NE that I was totally unfamiliar with but so love now. I still keep in close contact with Sid Pistner Muncy. She and I will be celebrating our 40th Doane College Reunion this fall. Can't believe it will be 45 years since we all graduated. We're all way too young for that! |
