I am living in Connecticut and am a partner at a large law firm.  My practice is limited to securities matters, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate transactions. My family consists of Joanne, to whom I have been married for 22 years; my daughter Elizabeth, who is a sophomore at Bucknell University; and my son David, who is a high school Junior.  I am very active in my synagogue (President-elect) and a couple of law-related organizations. We get back to Nebraska from time to time because I still have a significant family there.  My whole family follows the Cornhuskers and enjoys our Nebraska connections.
