Hello Classmates! Yes, I still use a typewriter, which puts me in a distinct demographic, hopefully with many of you. I've been in Whitewater, Wisconsin since 1967 and made my career at husband Jim's family business. We sell farm and dairy supplies. Now that our two sons are in the business, Jim and I are thinking of easing out, which means taking more and longer vacations. We do a lot of traveling and have especially enjoyed train trips to Canada, Europe, US and Africa.

We have three children, Thayer (34), Cara (33), Joseph (28) and those three grandchildren, Aidan (4), Kate (2) and Olive (2). My special interest is the outdoors, where I enjoy hiking, paddling, biking, x-country skiing and reading in a hammock. I'm teaching the grandchildren to identify frog calls and bird songs and am working with a land trust to save and restore native plant habitats in the area. Other projects in the arts, local history and trails keep my calendar full. See you soon!
