After working at the local phone company for over 33 years, a short stint with USPS, Lowe's opening for 6 months and custodian for LPS, I have finally found my true calling . . . retirement. Watches, haircuts and calendars are foreign words (I had to look them up) and the stress level is severely dropped. Well, the latter probably due to being divorced for 6 years! Playing in a 7-piece band and recently re-uniting with my old partner doing accoustic songs augment my painting and Austin-Healey restoration and collecting. Losing my house to fire in 2009 and my oldest daughter the year prior have not dampered my spirits. I'm the Everready Dummie, just keep on going. Let's "keep on going" to the reunion this year and if you have artwork to display at the Firefighter's Hall on July 8, please contact me so we can make room for everyone.
